I liked this poem, it really upset me, but i realised that the truth is such a sudden shock and realisation to me that it seems there is more to the story ..... hope all goes well for you though .....

Wow, this is a very stark, brutally honest piece. Sounds like a downward spiral. I can definitely relate to these sentiments. But never give in or give up, we all have the option to change. A powerful poem, man.
