Dreaming of cool nights
with the sound of soothing waves,
wrapped up safe in your arms
feeling your love soak through me
I know there's no one else.

You make me feel so wonderful
and like I don't have anything to fear,
you came along and lifted me up
from the depths of the world I knew,
thank you so much for that.

because it's more then I can say,
there's no word in our language

Sitting on the shoreline
watching twilight come
the rough feel of the sand beneath me,
the warmth of you behind me
and the smell of salt on the air.

My soul has always been tied to the sea
and now it's even more so
