Couldnt Protect You

I lay on my bed for countless days, I cant think I dont know what to say...

I didnt protect you from the harm you had didnt shelter your tears when you felt sad.

Now your there in your grave I couldnt protect you your life I couldnt save.

Suicide was your answer now I sit alone now the tears I shed they wont leave me alone.

I miss you so bad you cant hear me when I cry into the wind for you to come back to me.

Our memories were priceless are times were granted together we knew that life all together was banned.

We stuck together through what seemed the roughest times, your emotions and fears were nearly like mine.

And now I sit alone in this pathetic life of mine. Granted to hell for the other way I cant find out.

I couldnt protect you and now youre in your grave as I try and stare into the starry night trying to figure out why I wasnt there to save you from your grave.
