A girl and her burden

A girl I know so full of life, who tries to hide the pain
A girl I know so beautiful, who's life's wrapped up in chains
this girl is sweet and funny, she makes me feel complete
this girl has too much shit that's dealt, that she admits defeat
she carries a burden upon her shoulders, a burden not her's to carry
she carries so much hurt and pain, I want to take away and marry
to make her life seem happy, to make her life seem bright
to make her life seem content and peacefull, I'll try with all my might
she cuts herself to hide the pain, I want to make her cease
she cuts herself to ease the hate and try and bring some peace
I want to save her before her world comes crashing to an end
