That's Just Me

by Jamin Huchingson   Jul 23, 2007

Simple but complex, always prepared
For the unexpected, cause its always next
I'm Subject to object, to the ways of the world
Something causing a vex
Changing the proposition of objects
Cause I see the world, from a different view
Not the one you, expect me to

And for me, patience is the key
Naturally like the river
That flows to the sea
Never in a hurry
Because I will get there eventually

I appreciate the sweet, cause I've tasted the sour
Love the sun, cause I've felt the showers

Rare and unique
Shy, but bold when I speak
You can critique my technique
But it's the truth that I seek
Declare that it makes me weak
But my soul is stronger than my physique

That's just me
I'm free like a ship
Bering sea
Could care less
What you think about Me

I love your grasp on words and rhythm and rhymes. It flows like a rap song...as I read it, I couldn't help but move along.
