Lies&Broken Treason

by AmberSherrellxxIve Been Sitting Here Trying To Find Myselfxx   Jul 23, 2007

I'm lost in my own mind
Dwelling on the past I left behind
I can't let it go and it brings me down
I just wish I could turn time around
You're memory haunts and it won't let me be
I guess now I finally see
I was blinded by lies and to my suprise
You're memory just won't die
Leave me alone and just let me be
Your face in my dreams isn't what I want to see
My conscience is filled with guilt
Imagining the life you were planning to build
But I left you without a reason
Nothing but lies and broken treason

The first line is really catchy, it really makes you want to read the rest =] And as you read on, there is a nice flow and rhyme in it, and it's full of emotion. Well that why this poem deserves a 5/5 Yay (>'')><(''<)
