A secret

My thoughts are all messed up,
i cant think straight
every word stabs at me
like a sharp knife

you told me you were getting better
you told me you'd be fine
only for me to find out
that everythings not alright

why couldnt you just tell me
why'd you keep me in the dark
what if i lost you without a warning
i would have been torn apart

now that i know
i cant sleep at night
constantly wonderin
if tonight was the night

i cant seem to shake it
that your time will soon end
i wish i could change fate
i would keep you with me

mom i'll always love you
no matter what might happen
you'll always be in my heart
no matter how far apart we are.

**This isnt very good my thoughts are running crazily, i cant think straight, i accidently found out that my mom is dying of many forms of cancer, and shes not expected to last long.. i cant get it off my mind **

    I will pray for your mother to get better, I know how you feel, I lost my Uncle Steve to cancer back in 2000 and I still cant face the fact that he isnt here with us. if you would like to chat on im my yahoo screenname is iwasbornaprincess1982@yahoo and thank you for your comment on my one poem.
