Wishes are things we want
Dreams on the other hand
Are wishes our heart makes
Will ever the wishes and dreams be the same thing
Ever want your life to be perfect
A fairy tale or a movie
The perfect life
Even if the main character is far from perfect
You want the leading role
And just want things to be that easy
Like love
Or even finding the one person
That brings out the best
Most happiest you
I've wanted that role
For I fear I will find that person
But will be too late
Thats why if life was a movie
That one great chick flick or comedy
Everything would be great
No worries
Is it to much to ask for
Something to be that simple
Some say yes others say no
But I say yes
Because many people are far to fickle
And one wrong tickle
Will change everything
Things I will never understand
Why people are afraid
To take my hand
Thats why life would be so much simpler
When life is turned into a movie
But I can only sigh
Due to the fact that
My wishes and my dreams
Will ever come true
Because movies are always to perfect
To planned and awe inspiring
And tear jerky
To be my life
Sure my life is far from perfect
And is never simple
As it should be
Every little thing I say
Every little thing I do
Is always drawn out
And never taken as a simple thing
Like hanging out and relaxing
And just having fun
Well to most people
They take it as something more
A simple yes or no
Without making it some big deal
So why cant my life feel
Just like that movie
That seems so perfect to me
Yes it has sadness, happiness, and daily life problems
But is it to much to ask
For you to make my life simple
Just like in my favorite movie
That I am wishing and dreaming
Would happen to me
Maybe somethings are too much to ask for
But until then
I can keep watching
My favorite movie
That I wish my life was like
And continue dreaming and wishing
