Questions

by TrueLover   Jul 27, 2007

Is it ridiculous how much I miss you,
If I saw you five minutes ago?
Thoughts of you playing cat-and-mouse
racing around my head.
And I want you here, wish you were here
Lying right beside me.
In fear, I believe you don’t want me
and I’ll live with my fingers crossed
in hopes that you do.
A change in your voice, a drop in your gaze
can send me reeling into breakdown,
even if half the time, it’s imagined.
Is it annoying how much I need you?
You, my dire lifeline
the cord I cannot pull…
Death, my fate if you chose to walk away;
My soul, dying in your wake.
You hold my heart in your hands, warm and throbbing.
The next question is:
Will you choose to keep it?

This one not so good...but it served it's purpose...venting.
