Growing Up

by Sean Allen   Jul 27, 2007

Leaf falling away--
no longer with an anchor--
drops to the water.

Where
does the
river flow?
Only the leaf
is able to know
the salty taste of sea
and joyously fluffy foam.

Who is there to say
where the little leaf may roam
when she is finally gone
floating in the sea alone?

Oh my... that is so cute. It is almost a nursery rhym (sry cannot spell tonight) for little children.

    Elegent yet simple. Absolutley brilliant!
