New moon (part 1)

I can feel my self age
though you stay as beautiful
i will always grow older
but you will stay forever young

i asked that you did nothing
for this horrid day
though my words did not reach through
i will endure it with you at my side

opening my gifts
i feel light and carefree
but nothing goes well
not for a klutz like me

i get a paper cut on my finger
and Jasper comes snapping at me
just one drop of blood
and all this happens

i get pushed out of the way
and land with glass sticking in my arm
everyone is staring
look at all the blood

i know i should be scared
six vampires are thinking about how good i smell
but I'm worried that I've caused trouble for you
and your loving family

the next few days
you walk with me
just like normal
only quiet

you don't talk to me
and I'm getting worried
is Jasper OK?
wheres Alice?

i fear what is soon to come...
