Darkness in the sky
Darkness in the ground
Darkness in my shadow as I walk around
It goes where I go
I go where It goes to the end of days with me
Till darkness swallows everything around.
So yet it makes no sound as it's free to roam and play
As a friend it comes and goes till the time I sleep
When I wake it wakes
When I play it plays
When I'm here it's here
It's my shadow as a long lost friend out of reach,
yet condemned and cannot breach life it once had
As I grow it grows as days go by the world is changing
and that is why
It's my shadow.
Its condemned as am I condemned...
