You never can get drunk enough..

by Britta   Jul 31, 2007

She broke his heart; he spent the rest of his life trying to forget. As he spent his worthless life at the bottom of a whisky bottle, we watched him drink away his pain, just a little at a time. He no longer had the strenth to go on; then came the day when they found him with his face down in the pillow, because he had spent his life trying to forget...

but..Nobody ever knew how much she blamed herself, as she tried to hide the alcohol on her breath; little by little she drank away her pain. She never could drink enough to get him off her mind, until the day came when they found her with her face down in the pillow. That night..she finally drank his memory away.

its not mine...its a song but a few different words...ish! catch x
