The moon was out
The air was light
This was it
This was the night

She always hoped
It would just fall into place
She realized it was
As she leaned toward his face

More nerves came
As their lips gently pressed
And as soon as they kissed
She lost all her stress

She had prayed to have this moment
And she finally got her wish
This is the magic
Of the very first kiss
