SWOON

by Grey Ajurahck   Aug 2, 2007

In a delicious feather lightness
arms wrapped around each other
standing there we sway
like treetops in a light breeze,
I kiss you long and deeply
and through half closed eyes
everything is surreal and
the mood that engulfs us
is a dreamy kind of bliss,
an immersion in ecstasy
that leaves me lightheaded and dizzy
and I stumble out the door
with far away eyes and
a smile on my face that
lasts even as I fall asleep
at home in my bed.
