The Lazy Hypochondriac

by Twisted Heart   Aug 3, 2007

[I woke up feeling kind of sick...]

My head is sore, my stomach aches
my feet are swollen, I have the shakes
My eyes are watering a lot
I'm not real sure what I caught.

[My neck is red and really stiff]

My joints are creaking, my hands are numb
A rash apparent, don't know how come
My back feels like it's in a twist
When I stand or when I sit.

[My ears are ringing like a bell]

I've got the sniffles, and the sneezes
When I walk or run I get the wheezes
My shoulders always in a slump
And there are tingles in my rump.

[These aches and pains are living hell!]

They are much worse than days before
I hurt so bad my mind is sore
Don't know if I can take much more
They've cut me quick and to the core.

[I know... I'll call my doc, he will know]

I'm sure he's read of it in a book
My symptoms told He'll take a look
He'll know the pill or the remedy
To put to rights the aches in me.

[That's what I'll do, Now where's the phone]

Oh yeah, It's in the other room
My hopes are dashed I feel the doom
It'll hurt too much if I should move
So now what's left for me to do.

Processing thought....

Is there anything I have to do
Any place to go worth driving to
I can't think of any, how 'bout you
Guess I'll lay in bed and watch the tube.
