The World Is Full Of Poofs

To me the world is full of poofs.
I see them every day.
People who exist to make life difficult.
And someday they just may.

Bullies, muggers, rapers and killers.
Criminals in their own right.
Unable to be contained.
By the force of the law.

What drives these people so?
Mental anguish?
Personality?
Instincts?

Or the pleasure in harming innocents...?

With so much bad in the world.
Who's to say whats right and wrong?
Days and days.
They haunt me so.
