His Poison

Sickening thud "bang" as she hit the floor

A defining silence surrounded her

This time the life she lived was a sorry state of affairs

Dad helped her.....for once by doing nothing.

One of few nights were he did not beat her

She saw her chance to grasp the perfect payback

The guilt will put him back on the bottle

He will be poisoned like he poisoned her

She was a tragic loss

He never deserved a life at all

(This was an experimental poem and is fictional. I hope not to offend anyone as it was not my intention)
