Deciding Factors

I am an impasse
of blank stares
and loaded regrets
that have not yet been shot
across their field
of unwanted
or pressure treated opinions

I've been dodging
those hypocritical fanatics
who now inhabit my options
with murderous hands,
but I'm not sure whether
the blood will come from them
or some other
more violent stand
