I Am

I am not going
to waste my time
crying over you
and what could've been.
It doesn't amount
to anything.
I am letting you go
and I am healing.
I am not at home crying
every night.
I wish you well
but I don't want to see it.
I am not waiting by the phone
praying you call.
I am out every night
having fun
without you.

Dedicated to my friend who took me out and made me happy - aaron!!!
