Glass

There's a glass in between
see your hollow hand on the other side
I cant feel your touch,
but i feel you inside.

If i could find you now
I'd run back to end,
turn this tide of time
and start over again...

Looking through this glass,
the world doesn't look the same.
And you on the other end,
do you too see things this way?

Dont know how much time has passed
staring in your empty face
I tried to comprehend
Its time i rest my case.

If i could run away
I wont have to pretend
I'd have you with me
the way i did back then.

    Wow, this one is so captivating, so powerful. Every line is simply flawless. You created superb atmosphere, and whole piece is very unique, with excellently expressed emotions. The imagery in it is very vivid. This poem is going to my favs., it has something so deep and touching.
    My favorite stanza is:
    -There's a glass in between

    I can relate to some parts of it.

    O_O Once again an amazing piece of writing, You have a strong talent and also you have a way with words. It takes me now quite a while just to write one stanza its as though Ive lost my power to just let go of my feelings, while reading your poems It encourages me to write more ^^ xxxx

    I can really relate to the sentiments of this one. Excellent rhyme sceme, language and imagery, but it is the pure emotion that gives this piece its power. A great poem.

    That is cute, sad, well written, emotional, breath taking, suffocatingly phenominal, and over all just perfect. I wouldnt change a thing. It's. . . wow. 5/5. lol I'm speechless.
