Let's have a pillow fight

by Sam Azam   Aug 7, 2007

With wingspan as broad as day
And lips as that make things melt
You mess up my sanity
And ruffle up my guilt.
Nestled in your deepness
Fighting from within
Creeping through the sand grains
You fill me up with sin.
Growth is so unfortunate
Vines always overgrow
Then hatred fills your insides
Bending to and fro
Your smiles end up twisted
And eaten is your glee
I want to tell you kindly
Not to bother me.

I like it, I interpret it as likeing or being attracted to someone you shouldn't be?
i liked the imagery in the growth and the hatred growing like vines inside you. well done.

Yet somehow we can never muster up the strength to tell them to let us be.

You poem speaks of the heartfelt pain that many encouter in days of love.
