My hearts infatuation.

by Michael   Aug 8, 2007

With sleep almost upon me one person fills my mind, Kyla.
Keeping her name like a mantra, or a thought spoken prayer.
I close my eyes as my heart opens fully prepared.
Into my dream , I see her.
Here she comes now with the wind at her back. I catch her fragrance
Her unique sent caresses the air, No perfume she wears,
her natural sent is enough to draw me in.

She walks toward me, the love inside
wants to wrap its self around her.
The way she moves puts me in a trance
The soft moon light draws her perfect silhouette,
Even her shadow is adorned with elegance.

Closer now she takes over my field of view,
She is picturesque standing amongst the moving sky
So fitting is she, framed in the canvas of the universe.
I reflect upon meanings I create for myself
She and the universe intertwined together

When I think of the grander
I think of all that is and what endless mystery there is
To behold.

With her I find a passion stirring inside me.
Something I cannot define,
How I wish are souls could be intertwined.

How amazing she is.
I feel it all around her, I hope she does too.
In a world lacking of virtue, she rises so high
I respect her honor. I am grateful to be by her side.

In the beginning love was the creator of all things.
Now I understand what kind of love
it must have been.

In the distance behind her stars give birth to life.
For The rare beauty before me, there is no match.
With infinite possibilities given to life, I find nothing to compare.

Though she might not understand, she is perfect to me.
I'll take on any hardship she has, even if the problem lies
With me.

For Kyla
