I drink to the people, I drink to the pets,
I drink to the doctors, the nurses and vets.

I drink to those who eat and breathe life,
Or those who survive through both toil and strife.

I drink to those who turn from pride,
Or those who have scars, and have no means to hide.

I drink to those who fought in the war,
I drink to those who care to adore.

I drink to those who were lost at sea,
I drink to those who are better than me.

But most of all I drink to the rest,
For the heros unmentioned, as they are the best.
