No time for questions i heard you say
in your dreams is were you stay
hidden from the world outside
hidden deep inside your mind

down a hallway and through a door
i found you sitting on the floor
your shadow sitting still besides you
so deep in thought is were i find you

i look around for what i don't know
i grab your hand and not let go
i listen to you as you protest
your thoughts and mind that do not rest
