I'd Die For You

by Dying Beautifully   Aug 9, 2007

She rises in the morning
Looks at the sky
A warm cup of coffee she is pouring
As she ponders what life would be like with this guy

She gets ready to take on her day
Hair and makeup the same as usual
But she likes herself like this she has a certain way
But still she wants his approval

She walks down the street
Gets on the bus
Thinking up ways for him to fall to her feet
Then it clicks she will make a fuss

She gets home that night
Dresses all pretty
Tonight will be her first and last flight
No longer will she be seen in the city

She walks to the balcony
Looks down at the ground
Thinks how could he not notice me?
The next day she is found

Police know it's suicide
A note in the house explained it all
A message on the machine from he would die inside
Because the message said for you Ten floors I'd fall.
