Love is a very strong word so mean it when you use it
Some people take it and abuse it,
Love sneaks up on you, it's blind
And just out of nowhere, it will take over your mind.
Love comes from the heart
Not from how you feel,
Let it come naturally
And let it be real.
Don't just say it to make someone happy
Because I would hate for someone to do that to me,
It can make people happy, cry, or sad
Some people think loving someone is bad.
Love can hurt some people real bad
Bad enough to make them do some crazy things,
It's not right to play with people hearts
So it's best to say it when you really know it's what you mean.
Acknowledge the existence, notice it's there
Don't act like you don't, when you know you really care,
Because once love left you alone
It's really hard to get it to come back home.
