Broken Heart

I dont know whether you know how it feels to have a broken heart, to have your feelings ripped apart.
It feels as if your whole world comes crashing down, the truth you werent seeking is found.
Everything you knew was all a lie, Everything failed and you dont know why.
The one you love doesnt love you back, When it dawns on you, your whole world turns black.
you keep thinking "what did i do wrong? i tried for so long to hold on!"
Then it hits you hard that she has someone else to hold, everybody knew but you she never told.
It is the truth yet its hard to believe, Your heart rips from its veins as you grieve.
Invisible walls close in around you, there is nothing you can do.
Confined within, cold and afraid you are alone, no exits are shown.
The air escapes and it gets harder to breathe, all you can do is feel your heart bleed.
It all get too hard to take, you nights are sleepless, the pain keeps you awake.
Lying in the darkness, the tears gather in your eyes, and a love once so powerful slowly dies...........
