Walking Away

by OHgreenman   Aug 10, 2007

Releasing something grand
Beautiful magenta spirit lost
Inside time of crystal sand.

Walking away from forever
Conscious of the cost
Forgetting our love; never.

Shattered heart, painful pieces
Oceans flood sore blue eyes
Eternal remorse increases.

Soul mate found amongst the wake
New beginning did arise
Aware what was at stake.

Hollow soul drifts along
Memories frozen on rewind
Remembering joyous songs.

Wishing love, peace and light
Words I leave you behind,
On this agonizing night.
