This is so sweet and very touching. The rhyme scheme is great, the images fantastic and the flow is smooth, but it is the pure love and passion that really stand out in every bit of this poem. That's the great thing about love-it knows no race, color, gender, background, nationality-it just is and that is all it needs to be. This is beautiful.

P.S.-I can also relate to the cancer aspect you mention in your note. My mom's cancer has just come back for the 3rd time. My best to Sheri, it's rough and I admire all who must go through it.

This is a very touching and loving poem you have written, the feelings that you feel for this person is strong and can be felt in every word you have penned. I am sorry to hear of her horrible ordeal that she is going through but I know she has found a caring and wonderful person in you.
