Wishing Star [Triquatrain]

by Cella Bella   Aug 10, 2007

A shooting star, listens from afar
Enchantment bursts amid her tail
Shining bright, imagination ignites
Solace for the somber and frail

Folded hands, across the land
Yearning for love, for might, for life
Eyes of passion, tear and tighten
Cries for ends of mourn and strife

Laden with wishes, for fame and riches
Embarks the sky with stardust footprints
Bathed in revere, she must disappear
For all our dreams, she will imprint

Beautiful piece of poerty you have here. The language was flawless and the style you choose was great. My favorite stanza had to be the second one. It was filled with emotion. Well done *5/5*

For such a confining style it's an awesome poem. Your descriptions are awesome! I love this poem, it's actually sounds quite delicate but yet is so strong. I give you kudo's for writing in a style, because it's something I'm not very good at. Well 5/5 for me for sure. ^^

    Much Love,
