My best friend is someone I confide in
A caring person, one of a kind
Always able to find time for me
I've known her for many years
She knows every one of my fears
We've been through so much
Childish games, growing up, even heart breaks
She knows me deepest secrets and I know hers
I'll never find another friendship so pure
We've seen so many obstacles
Ones no one can imagine
Three thousand miles won't tear us apart
I love her with all my heart
We've seen each other grow
Like no one else could ever know
In many ways I say
I wouldn't change any one of those days
Like every friendship we've been in fights
But we always end up calling one another the next night
I've been through many friends
But only her I can depend
