Gently touch my hand,
And tell me that I'm safe.
Show me that this love,
Is destine to be faith.

Gaze into my eyes,
And softly kiss my lips.
As my gentle face,
Meets your fingertips.

Promise me forever,
And say you love me so.
Say you'll always be with me,
And never let me go.

Hold me close to your body,
And take my breath away.
Kiss me once more,
And say you're here to stay.

    Well first of all.. This poem doesn't deserve to be down voted!

    Anyway it was a great poem, full of emotions in it, good job. I think everyone can relate to this.. 'hoping that their love ones will promise them they'll always be there'
