I usually don't like love poems but since your rhyming was consistant except for the first stanza I'll give it a three. It's not your poem it's me. I'm just not big on love poems because they always sound the same. Some of them are good though.

Anyway it was a great poem, full of emotions in it, good job. I think everyone can relate to this.. 'hoping that their love ones will promise them they'll always be there'
