The Coldest Night

by kishi tenshi   Aug 12, 2007

This could have been the coldest night,
The night that kept me thinking,
The moment that I never want to happen,
Because it will just make me realize,
The many things I've doI've wrong.

Though this will make me hard,
But I'll do my best,
Though it will make fall apart,
But I know, this will make me rest.

It's hard indeed,
To keep this kind of state of mind,
But there's no choice at all,
Just to be against of my own desire

I know time will come,
That the flowers will bloom,
On a sunny day of my life,
A life when all the wrong things will be right.

I really enjoyed this poem. I really liked the last line:
"A life when all the wrong things will be right."
I thought it was very powerful.
