Empty Minds In The Mist Of Chaos

by Soulful Ensemble   Aug 13, 2007

Empty minds in the mist of chaos,
Your promises are all unkempt.
You fall silently toward the sea
To wither and cry with misery.

Powerless, but struggling none-the-less,
You'll never give up unless
The night comes and its time to rest.
Yes, I saw your carelessness
It was not the norm, but then again, what is?

The world has changed drastically-- not for the best,
And meanwhile you hold on to your vest.
Its kept you warm, yes, but you're still depressed,
So what has it done for you in the end?

Empty minds in the mist of chaos,
Just speculating the big bang.
Not doing much and much doing nothing,
But always complacent in your lack of advancing.

You can go away,
You, with your consistency for advertising and affiliating,
And never knowing when to stop talking and babbling.
Why don't you try balancing your mind on an empty space
Where nobody has to listen, asphyxiating,
And where there's plenty of room for your auto-sexing?--
Its all you're good for and its known best by those you attest.

Yes I saw your legs and arms
And didn't say hello-- I didn't fall for your charms.
I had a little note and pad,
To record everything you said to me and later make you sad.

What do you know, again?
Tell me to my face,
It must have been so important that I forgot.
And so unforgettable that I didn't care care too much.

Empty minds in the mist of chaos,
Every day of your lives.
Your zombism controls you until your tens break to fives,
Your fives break to nothing,
And your nothings break to fives
After more people join your fight.

New best friend this was amazing. I love your diction and the creepy tone of voice here. I felt you went into alot of detail here and that's what made this so great. I love the imagery and your title is awesome too. Keep it up hun :) Nik
