Mum

by jason   Aug 14, 2007

To me all these years you have always been my rock
years ago i almost lost my way but you made me stop
with your constant advise, sometimes i never heard you
because i was young, and too listen wasn't what i was to do.
but now I'm a grown man, with advise i like to give,
be good to your mum, because she gave you life to live
i use the same stories of advise now to my own
they do the same as i did, yell act up and moan.

Ive grown up my way,but in person i am fair
with lots of thoughts of you mum,i really do care
people say I'm wise for such a young age
Ive only got you to thank, for never turning my page.

i was born on your birthday, what a presant i must of been
in agony and pain, and to top it off, in your ear a baby's scream
I'm sorry for that, you must of thought what have i done
but now we are older, you have a granddaughter, and have a grandson.

i might not tell you this very much at all
but I'm glad i have a mum like you,who i can always call
in times of trouble or gladness you have always been my rock
that leaves me to say just one more thing,my love will never stop.
