Saying goodbye

by megann anne   Aug 14, 2007

All the lines of your sweet serenade
crushed under the your fist

all our pictures of us last spring
ripped away, thrown away

all the hugs, the kisses, you used to give to me
replaced with bruises, violence, tears.

and the memories of us together
replaced with darkness, fear

finding a way out
made impossible because of you

no, it all ends now.
I'm saying goodbye to your fist
I'm saying goodbye to your anger
I'm saying goodbye to you violence
I'm saying goodbye... to my fear
I'm saying goodbye.. to you.

    Dear,
this poem was very good no, it all ends now.
I'm saying goodbye to your fist
I'm saying goodbye to your anger
I'm saying goodbye to you violence
I'm saying goodbye... to my fear
    I'm saying goodbye.. to you.

in the above stanza you are sayin to straight forward goodbye, but dear, i know how much pain you ahve in your heart. and how it is difficult for you to getover someone. its truth that we do not stop loving someone we just learn to live without them. and you will jsut learn to live without that person.
i loved your poem great work full of emotions.
