Already Gone

by Andrew Morton   Aug 16, 2007

The diagnosis of a fool
who has the empty soul?
nothing left but clarity
ive never felt so whole

BRIDGE:
i dont have time for games
but your loss was my gain

CHORUS:
who'll have the last laugh
who'll be the first to cry
i hope your not losing sleep
cause im sleeping just fine
no pieces to pick up
maybe i wasnt down for long
theres no where for me go
cause i'm already gone

this act is getting old
no if, ands or buts
why dont we turn the tables
make you the one whos cut

twisted truths
shared in youth
trust was placed
in false faith

BRIDGE:
i dont have time for games
but your loss was my gain

CHORUS:
who'll have the last laugh
who'll be the first to cry
i hope your not losing sleep
cause im sleeping just fine
no pieces to pick up
maybe i wasnt down for long
theres no where for me go
cause i'm already gone
