The two people aboveme are right. This does sound like a song. Anyway, this poem was beautifully written but I got to admit when I first saw it the length was a bit daunting, but I'm glad I read it. I also loved your chocie of words. Nothing I would change about the poem.

Hmmm. I`m gonna mix it up a bit and start off this comment by asking a question. *clears throat* WHY IN THE WORLD IS THIS AT 4.5?!

I loved this, I loved every bit of this poem. From the very start to the very end I was captivated. I re-read it a few times and everytime I fell even more in love with it. This is the perfect poem for someone to read when they are going through a break-up. And I must say, just for the record; I LOVE this song! I fell in love with it and listen to it non-stop..actually, I was listening to this cd as I was reading this and this song was playing. :$ How ironic are we? Lmao, anyways...

"Let's go for the path with the least resistance,
And maybe we can try for that teenage romance.
So as we walk, tell me what you believe in;"

    I LOVED those lines, amazing.
