An Oceanic beauty sits with awe,
water still lingering on her skin.
The sun falling on her,
and the spark that floats in her eyes.

She watches him lay there,
wondering his past.
Quickly falling so in love,
making her dive into a pool of love.

Never had she felt this feeling,
wanting him to be so happy.
Wanting to give everything,
to give him the world.

She touches his skin,
feeling the warmth that she lacks.
Something in her wants so much more,
wants to be part of his life.

Wants to kiss his lips,
to hold him close,
to look into his eyes,
and have him smile back.

She lays her head on his chest,
listening to his heart.
As it beats he breathes in air,
air that she could never breathe.

Hours soon pass,
slowly he awakens.
And she slowly disappears,
like a sweet dream of night.

Then on, she entered his every thought
and every hope.
She had become his world,
just as he became hers.

Like a burn or scar of pain,
love left its mark.
They are destined to be together,
like a secret oath.

They will never love another,
for their hearts are given.
Given to only one another,
for eternity.

I like the story behind this poem, and the imagery in the piece is greatly created.
I have to offer one suggestion: Don't repeat same words in one stanza, as you did in the second with "love" and in the last with "given" because that leaves really bad impression.
You can work a little bit more on the flow, too.
    4/5 from me
