Old, Old Poem

by Aubrey   Aug 18, 2007

I always wanted a fairytale ending with beautiful horses && sweet reperending.
With flowers on the side and glitter falling. The wind in my hair && my name he's calling.
A touch of the cheek and a kiss on the lips but what really happened is it ending up like this.
The horses never came && the their was no sweet reperending. The flowers they died, the glitter ran out, the wind was none, and the my name was never called.
No one there to touch my cheek or kiss my lips so sweetly it just ended like this.
So now I'm crying with no horse. No man to love me. No sweet reperending.
I sit in pain and weep away my tears. All because it ended like this. All because I'm left with these fears.
