The Body Of Love

by Unidentified   Aug 18, 2007

If the hands of love are able to heal the wounds of sorrow's victims
Who is to say that they cannot damage?
If the mouth of love is able to bless
Surely it will be able to curse and damn us for life?
If the feet of love are able to lead us into the light
Will they not be able to trap us and isolate us in eternal darkness?
If the mind of love can fill us with rejoicing memories
Could it not be able to fill us with sorrow, grief and regret?
If love is able to paint beauty and grace within our minds
Surely it would be able to paint an image of complete darkness and dementia?
