The Best Intentions

by Ariel Gallucci   Aug 18, 2007

A mother with the best intentions
Doesn't realize she's filling the room with tensions
She tries not too but not hard enough
As a kid her life was just as rough.

So she tells her daughter she wants only the best
And not to be so very stressed
She expects her to be everything and more
While this little girl is completely sore.

She's sick of her life
And just wants to end it with that knife
She makes the plan and sets the date
So tonight she'll be left in the hands of fate.

Her mother doesn't know
So the sight of her daughter dead will sure be a show
We'll watch her cry and fall to the floor
While she looks at the daughter she has no more.
