Good bye my love, i thought you were the one,
through hardship and pain, and to do it again,
you said you would be there for me, the kindness that you are,
but when i came to you, it seemed you ran away very far.

how can this happen? and why always to me,
how can something so right cannot ment to be,
i hurt deep inside and only want to see,
if there is any chance that you'll come back to me,

you showed me the light, something i had never felt,
you lifted my spirit, so high way up there,
and all i needed to no, is how much you care,

but now that your gone, it burns deep inside,
how did this happen, thought we were going on a sweet ride,
goodbye my love, i wish you thought it through,
and maybe one day, I'll be back with you.

if i could go back, not to far in the past,
i would do all i could, just to make it last,

to lift up my spirits and to have so much fun!
