I have no control
I sit and watch the pain
wishing there was something
to be done
but i can do nothing
i have no say in anything
lost in a sea of turmoil
rocked by sadness and hurt
waves crashing over my head
crushing my spirit
stealing my breath
i am lost to life
the pain is a reminder
of all that life
will never be for me
i am doomed to sadness
