Daybreak over the ocean

by Somber Esprit   Aug 20, 2007

Daybreak over the ocean,
Peaceful and still,
We lie horizontal, in our quilted world.
The rising sun bathes the room in gold
Encircled by strong, yet gentle arms
Ivory skin, awakened by your touch,
Hot breath brings me to life,
Fire courses through my veins
Your lips, firm, yet tender
Make clear your desire,
I answer,
Trembling body, pressed hard against yours
Our heart beats are one.
Driven onwards, ocean swell prevails,
Emotions alight, spiraling ever higher,
Peak and tumble in a cascade of flaming ecstasy.
Consumed in the moment,
Crashing waves subside,
Until,
The sea is once more becalmed.

P.S. I like your quotes too, especially this one: "I didn't GIVE you my heart...
But it was yours, the second you said those words."

    Wow, I really like this,
"we lie horizontal in our quilted world"
so cute. gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling to read it. I love the emotions it sends across, the passion, and relating the passion to the strenght and power of the ocean. it was really nice. good job.
