My Endless Night

by ben thompson   Aug 20, 2007

Powerless, terrorized and nauseated by demonic fear.
Weakening, vile smells of evil continually drawing near.

Shivering, frightened as shadows approach the door.
Death silently creeps forward, blood hits the floor.

Storms rage violently on, winds cover up screams.
Nightmares stalk the lands, no longer a vision in dreams.

Hopeless and forlorn a child of the blackened sun.
No escape from darkness, gone my strength to run.

Growls of hate deafen, saliva splashes the ground.
Hounds of hell await command, distant drums pound.

Ahead Satan looms laughing with torturous delight.
your soul is mine boy, welcome my endless night.

Really good piece. Actually sent a shiver or two through me as I read.

Growls of hate deafen, saliva splashes the ground.
Hounds of hell await command, distant drums pound.

One could really visualize with this write!
