Mother

by Mohamed   Aug 21, 2007

There was a moment
I could never spoke one word
But her tongue was my words
Up above they called her angel
To me she is my mother

There was a moment
Darkness covered my life
And tears was my daily life
She changed the darkness to light
And whip my tears away with her lips
That was my mother

There was a moment
I needed a love
She gave me the kind love
That is rush of life, A bubbling, laughing spring
That runs through all like liquid light
And makes the mountains sing

There was a moment
I was weak
Her fingers was my strength
Her voice was my sound
Her touch was my shelter

Her eyes was my angles watching me
Everything about her was my own
Her love, guidance, forgiveness
And her warm touch was everything
I needed from the only one angle down on earth
Which we call it Mother
