Where's her hero now?

by Lemonbread   Aug 21, 2007

Hey mum,
Nothing much is happening
You haven't missed much
Just your daughter dying

She cries at night
From the pressures of life
Memories cut her soul
She finds it hard to survive

She wanted to make you proud
Cure you from what was wrong
To make you put down
The smokes and the bong

But you know what?
Though she's dying inside
She hides how she feels
Fakes a smile outside

See her pain
You left her alone
Before you left
You should have known

You were her hero
Since you left, she doesn't know
Who to trust and who to love
Where's her hero now?
